Your carbon footprint,
with a figure you can defend.
NAVEO measures your organisation's greenhouse gas emissions from the consumption data you already record, and delivers a report where every line shows the figure, the factor applied and its source.
87% of the information required is available or documented. This is not an environmental rating.
Illustrative example with fictional data. Your result depends on your actual consumption.
What makes NAVEO different
Measuring emissions is not the hard part. The hard part is the figure holding up when someone checks it.
Every figure can be rebuilt
The calculation happens on the server using activity data × factor = emissions. Every line stores the exact factor it used, with its version, source and date.
If the factor changes next year, this year's report does not change.
Materials count too
How many kilos left, where they went, how much was recovered. From that NAVEO calculates four objective rates: reuse, recycling, recovery and disposal.
No invented indices. Arithmetic you can check on a calculator.
"I don't know" is not zero
Almost every calculator treats an empty field as zero. That produces artificially low footprints that collapse the moment anyone reviews them.
In NAVEO every figure is marked as actual, estimated, not available or not applicable. And what is missing gets declared.
How it works
Name, tax ID, sector, region and headcount. Two minutes.
Usually a calendar year, but it can be any range.
Electricity, fuels, travel, waste, water. Anything you do not know is marked as not available — nothing is invented.
Each figure can carry its own bill or invoice. That is the paper trail behind the number.
On the server, with versioned factors. You see the total, the breakdown by scope and the heaviest sources.
A PDF with the result, the annex of factors used, the information coverage and the declared limitations.
What to have at hand
- Electricity bills for the period
- Litres of fuel purchased, if you run vehicles or generators
- Business air travel
- Kilos of waste and where it went
- Water consumption
What NAVEO is not
We would rather say it here than let you find out later.
- It is not a certification. NAVEO does not certify or verify. If you need third-party verification, that is a separate process with an accredited body.
- It is not a label. We do not award any badge or official recognition.
- We do not claim an accuracy range. A margin of error is demonstrated through verification, not asserted on a website.
- We do not invent factors. Every factor carries its source. Those without a loaded value are shown as pending, not as zero.
