Three modules, one source of data
You enter your consumption once. NAVEO uses it to calculate emissions, analyse your material flows and tell you how complete your information is.
Emissions measurement
Scopes 1, 2 and a bounded Scope 3. Every line with its factor, version and source.
See NAVEO Carbon →
CircularMaterial flows
Four objective rates covering what you generate, recover and dispose of.
See NAVEO Circular →
ReadinessInformation coverage
How much of the required information you really have, and what is missing.

The journey of a data point
This is what actually sets NAVEO apart: not the formula, but the system built around the data.
| Step | What happens | What is recorded |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Declaration | You enter the consumption and mark its quality | Value, unit, data quality |
| 2. Evidence | You attach the bill or invoice | Document linked to the figure, stored outside the web root |
| 3. Factor | NAVEO looks up the current factor | Exact version, value, unit and source |
| 4. Calculation | The server multiplies | Calculation line with the factor frozen |
| 5. Result | Scopes are aggregated | Totals, intensity and coverage |
| 6. Report | The PDF is generated on the server | Document with traceability annex and limitations |
Step 3 is the one almost nobody gets right. If the factor is not frozen into the line, last year's report changes on its own the moment the factor database is updated.
What comes next
NAVEO is built in stages. These are the ones that follow, under the name you will see when they arrive. They are not built yet, which is why they do not appear in the application menu.
NAVEO Document AI
You upload the bill, NAVEO proposes the figure, and you confirm before it enters the system.
NAVEO Passport
A public view you authorise, with traceable information. It is not a certification.
NAVEO Supplier
Measurement by service, contract or product, for industrial and mining suppliers.
NAVEO Circular Intelligence
Analysis of material streams to identify reuse and recovery.
